Nothing changes during the pilot. When paid plans start, we tell you at least 30 days before. If you then decide not to subscribe, your account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.

Do I pay anything during the pilot?

No. The pilot is free and we do not ask for payment details. We will tell you at least 30 days before paid plans apply to you.

What happens when paid plans start?

You choose whether to subscribe. If you don't, your account becomes read-only: you can still sign in, read your Business Brain, documents and mission history, and export everything. Nothing is deleted.

Can I export my data?

Yes, at any time from your Account page. You can also delete your account; your data is then deleted within 30 days.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. We do not train models on your content, and under the commercial terms of our AI model provider, Anthropic, your prompts are not used for training.
